​in June and July we were doing the Eurovelo 6

​We had a beautiful ride from Vienna to Bratislava. The ride along the field of sunflowers made Carmen very happy. We crossed the Danube a few times . Carmen took a photo  in the field of Sunflowers and unfortunately ended up getting a very bad rash on her legs and it was made worst with the heat of the day. reaching Bratislava we got a very nice hotel for 2 night for free with our Hilton points.Just as we arrived at the hotel it started to rain, Our window overlooked the stadium of as well as their training field, unfortunately we had to take a bus to the city center, but with the great instructions and the easy of the bus system we were able to get around and walk the city relaxing in ease. On the way to Slovakia, in the middle of a forest , which was actually an state for royalty many years ago, we came to the family's hunting lodge. It looked like it was under some kind of work to welcome future tourist, because there were electricians updating the lodge. We were able to ride our bikes ride through the middle of the house and actually park within the house where I would think many years ago horses rode through as hey went out on their hunts.
