The numbers above represent the days of the month in June and July we were doing the Eurovelo 6 |

In the morning after another free breakfast at the guesthouse , now a better day we were dry but it looked like rain for the next 40-50 kilometers so we decided to take the train to Passau, once we boarded the train it looked like we were not the only ones escaping the rain as there were another 10 on so othe bike tourers on our train car alone. Arriving in Passau, it was still a little cloudy , but we parked our bikes in the old city center and walked for hours having lunch. In the late afternoon as it looked like rain again we found with our app that there was a campsite in the city but on the other side of the river. We rode our bike in a little traffic and found a beautiful campsite just on the banks of the Danube, just as we finneded setting up out tent the heavy rains came in, as we sat inside ou tent we could see others come into the site and settting up their tents in the rain. After the rain let up we walked into the restaurant at the campsite and had some radlers from an Italian owned bar, we put out clothe to dry in their garage and got a great night sleep in a light rain all night.
