Nov 20th -
In the morning we head towards Bar Harbor and stop at a roadside market
Reaching Bar Harbor late in the morning we walked the town a bit waiting for the shops to open but found that most of the shops were closed for the season.Carmen took a few photos and bought some earrings made with lobster shell at one of the few opened shops.
In the late afternoon we took Hwy 3 around Acadia National Park were we stopped and picked some baby Pine Trees which we planted when we got home. from there we drove on, Maine is such a beautiful state, we loved driving slow, seeing the hoes and on some very nice landscaping that had been worked for many years.
We did stop off at Fort Knox and made a walk around the Fort, because of the freezing weather we were the only people there enjoying the sun.
